How much do you charge for estimates?

Estimates are ALWAYS free on all equipment we recieve.

What is required to have a camera repaired under the manufacturer's warranty?
|
|
The warranty card from the product packaging and a copy of the original sales receipt are both required to have a product repaired under a manufacturer's warranty. Extended warranties are mostly done through the dealer/supplier and not the manufacturer. You will have to consult the issuer of an extended warranty to have a product covered under such terms.

What camera equipment do you sell?
|
|
We only retail in VARTA brand camera batteries. We do not retail in any camera equipment. However, we do have many used cameras and camera equipment for sale.

What is the charge for return shipping?
|
|
We use UPS for all return shipping on repaired equipment. The standard charge for shipping, handling and insurance is $10.00-$15.00 USD. See our "Shipping" section for other questions pertaining to shipping and handling for repairs coming from outside the Atlanta Metro area.

Do you provide warranties on equipment repaired?
|
|
YES. Workmanship and materials are warranteed for 6 months to be free from defects under normal use (NOTE: 90 day warranty on video camera, projector, flash and digital camera equipment).

How long will you take to repair my camera?
|
|
The average turn-around time frame for most equipment is 7-10 days from the day we recieve the camera to the day it is ready for pickup/shipping. However, because we realize that there is often a need for very quick repair, we provide rush service at no extra charge.

Are repairs done In-House, or shipped to other repair facilities.
|
|
Our repairs are done IN-HOUSE.
