Please include a brief explanation of your camera's problem, your name, telephone number and your street address (no PO boxes as we ship with UPS). If you want an estimate, please ask and it will be provided at no charge. If you choose not to get your item repaired, you will be required to pay return shipping. Also note that the customer is responsible for shipping, in the event that equipment has to be re-repaired (e.g. camera breaks before warranty expires).

Make sure you pack your item well in a corrugated cardboard box not an envelope. We recommend that you insure your item and ship with a carrier that provides tracking. When sending equipment, DO NOT send the original packaging.
