1. Package your camera securely inside of a box. Make sure that the camera or lens are not loose at all inside the parcel. Inside the box, be sure to include a memo that states your name, a return address and the problem that you are having with your camera. Please note that because we send all of our packages UPS, we cannot return your equipment to a P.O. Box. We must have a physical address.
2. Please fill out the form found at the bottom of this page and take your camera to the parcel carrier of your choice. Be sure to insure the package for the full value of the equipment it contains, in case of any damage in transit. Send the package to:

3. After we receive your package we will examine your camera and determine what repairs need to be made. The next day we will call you with an estimate which will give you a detailed report on the exact problem your equipment is having and the cost of the necessary repairs. If you are sending your camera in for a sensor cleaning, we will send the camera back on the same day that we receive it in the mail.
